By accessing or purchasing from RÒWE (www.roweworld.com) operated by Lisa Rosen, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all products, services, subscriptions, and content offered through this website, including but not limited to: digital guides, manuals, playbooks, courses, memberships, and private styling services.

1. General Use

All content, products, and services provided through RÒWE are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or repurpose any materials without written permission. All content is the intellectual property of Lisa Rosen / RÒWE.

2. Digital Products (Guides, Manuals, Playbooks, Courses)

All digital products are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content: All digital product sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact support and we will help resolve it.

3. Library Pass (Subscription)

The Library Pass is a subscription with a 12-month commitment. By joining, you agree to be billed $29/month for 12 months.

  • You receive access to the archive while your membership is active.

  • You do not own individual guides unless you purchase them separately.

  • After the initial 12-month period, you may choose whether or not to continue your membership.

There are no refunds or early cancellations on the initial 12-month commitment.

4. Styling Services (Style Sessions, The Edit, The Upgrade)

All styling services are:

  • Final sale

  • Non-refundable

Your session time is reserved specifically for you and prepared in advance.

Session Format: All style sessions are 60 minutes held via Zoom This is a private, 1:1 style consultation focused on refining your overall image, clarifying your aesthetic direction, and bringing coherence to how you dress and present yourself. Depending on which session you’ve booked:

  • The Edit focuses on direction, positioning, and clarity. You’ll receive an inspirational lookbook after the session (no shopping links).

  • The Upgrade includes everything in The Edit plus a custom shoppable lookbook with 5 fully styled outfits and direct shopping links.

Reschedules & Cancellations: You may reschedule your session up to two (2) times with at least 24 hours’ notice by replying to your confirmation email.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be forfeited.

  • Missed sessions are not refunded or rebooked.

Refund Policy (Styling): All styling sessions are final sale and non-refundable. If you’re unsure whether a style session is right for you, please start with one of the guides or courses before booking.

What’s Included: Your session may include

  • Review of your current style and wardrobe direction

  • Clarifying your aesthetic and positioning

  • Fit, proportion, and presence guidance

  • Guidance on what to keep, replace, and upgrade

  • Clear next steps for refining your overall image

Deliverables depend on the session type you’ve booked (The Edit vs The Upgrade).

Post-Session Delivery

  • The Edit: You’ll receive an inspirational lookbook after your session (no shopping links).

  • The Upgrade: You’ll receive a custom shoppable lookbook with 5 fully styled outfits and direct shopping links.

Delivery timing will be communicated after your session. Ongoing styling, revisions, or additional feedback require booking another session or inquiring about a longer-term styling package. If you are interested in additional packages, options will be discussed during session or via email after your session.

Expiration Policy: All styling sessions must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase. After that, they expire.

5. No Guarantees: All products and services are educational and advisory in nature. RÒWE does not guarantee specific outcomes in dating, relationships, lifestyle, style, or personal results. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

6. Payments & Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to:

  • Change pricing at any time

  • Modify or discontinue any product or service

  • Update offerings without notice

7. Intellectual Property: All content, guides, frameworks, videos, and materials are owned by RÒWE and Lisa Rosen. You may not:

  • Share login access

  • Share files

  • Reproduce or redistribute materials

  • Use content for commercial purpos

8. Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service or revoke access to any user who:

  • Is abusive or disrespectful

  • Violates these terms

  • Misuses content or platform access

9. Limitation of Liability: By using this site and purchasing products or services, you agree that RÒWE and Lisa Rosen are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of this site, content, or services.

10. Changes to These Terms: These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
